AUTOMATIC BILL PAY: Many financial institutions offer a free "Bill Pay" service to their account holders. You set up and maintain your payments in your online banking account. Then, your bank mails a payment in the amount you indicate, usually in 4-7 days. You don't have to write or mail a check yourself; the bank issues the check and mails it, using their own postage. Recurring, automatic payments (monthly, quarterly, etc.) can be easily established. Contact your financial institution to determine whether they offer a Bill Pay service.
